The Mayer-Rothschild Foundation Announces Second Designation of Excellence in Person-Centered Long-Term Care Award Winners: The Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing (HIGN) at New York University’s Rory Meyers College of Nursing will share the major award with five Centers of Excellence across the United States: Bethel New Life, Chicago, IL; Garden Spot Communities, New Holland, PA; The New Jewish Home, New York, NY; Beatitudes Campus, Phoenix, AZ; and Sequoia Living, San Francisco, CA.

The first-of-its-kind award seeks development of a new standard of excellence in the design, development, and implementation of a national standard for residential care of older adults.
